Mustard seeds only is the main ingredient, - without flour - which is an excellent source of selenium, manganese, omega-3 fatty acids, magnesium and phosphorus. Thus the texture of the product is homogeneous and the taste is pleasant.
The complete range consists of: mild, dijon, orange, raisins - all gluten free - and smoked with barley malt.

Lamda Quality Foods in 3rd Sensory Evaluation of meat at Meat Days 2014 which will be held in Athens in the weekend of 1-2-3 November 2014 in the exhibition center of METROPOLITAN EXPO at the airport "El. Venizelos"(end of Attik Odos).
After the 1st event held in the exhibition MEAT DAYS 2012 and the 2nd event in the exhibition MEAT DAYS 2013, the organization of the sensory evaluation of meat products continues and improves on the process, in order to highlight the Greek quality meat products and increase the trust of these products to professionals and consumers. After the success of the 3rd event and the number of samples sent by Greek producers on the two previous sensory evaluations, has introduced an even more valid and fair process and will be held concurrently with the exhibition MEAT DAYS 2014 in a specially designed space.
With respect to the consumer and the excellent quality of our products we will be there to present innovative proposals based on the processing of fresh and frozen meat and livestock species and generally all kinds of food.
Our goal is the participation in a credible organization to evaluate our product shortly before the official release in the Greek consumer market and constructive contacts with industry professionals who are looking for new ideas for upgrading their businesses.
